Sawa World: Volunteer Report & Document Reviewer
– Commitment: 2–4 hours per week

Sawa World is seeking a detail-oriented volunteer to support its project management team by reviewing activity reports, impact assessments, and other key documents. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical and writing skills who can ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in documentation. Experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (M&E) reporting is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
– Review & Edit Reports
– Proofreading project reports, proposals, and documentation for clarity and consistency.
– Identifying and correcting inconsistencies to maintain high-quality reporting.
– Ensure Quality & Compliance
– Verifying proper use of data, formatting, and structure.
– Providing constructive feedback to enhance documentation processes.
– Collaborate & Communicate
– Working closely with program managers to ensure effective reporting.
– Suggesting improvements to enhance report structure and impact.
Qualifications
– A background in international development, nonprofit management, or a related field.
– Experience in monitoring and evaluation methodologies.
– At least five years of experience in project documentation, quality assurance, or compliance within the NGO sector.
– Familiarity with donor compliance requirements and impact measurement tools.
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to critically review program data.

– An understanding of youth culture and challenges in Uganda.
– The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
